AVAC DVE LIVE

  Avac DVE Live is made from attenuated Strain C of Duck Enteritis virus propagated in SPF chicken embryos. This product has ability to stimulate its immunity response and help to protect duck and goose from Duck Enteritis virus.

COMPOSITION
    Each doses of vaccine contains at least 10³EID₅₀ attenuated live Duck Enteritis Virus and Stabilizers.

INDICATIONS
   The vaccine is recommend for active immunization of healthy ducks against Duck Viral Enteritis also know as Duck Plague. The vaccine may also be used during an outbreak of DVE. This emergency vaccination can help in an arresting the spread of disease because of viral interference.  

DIRECTIONS:
Dosage: One dose (0.5ml) per bird.
Reconstituted vaccine with the  enclosed “Avac Diluent” solution.
+ Meat type of ducks: 1st Vaccinate at 3 to 5 days of age and once again 2-3 weeks later.
+ Breeding ducks: 1st vaccination at 5-7 days of age and 2nd vaccination 2-3 weeks later, 3rd vaccination at 5 months age is recommend.
- During an outbreak: First examine and remove all clinically ill birds. Vaccinate all the remaining healthy birds.
Revaccination: Breeder ducks should be revaccinated every year

CONTRA-INDICATION:
Muscovy-duck and sometimes Mallard may be hypersensitive, Reactions may appear during the first week after vaccination.

PRECAUTIONS:
- For healthy duck use only
- Use only the sterile diluent supplied with the vaccine.
- Use entire contents of vial within 2- 3 hours after opening.
- Burn this container and all unused contents.
- Do not expose vaccine to either direct sun or extreme heat during vaccination.

STORAGE:
- Store at 20C- 80C, protected from direct sunlight.
