AVAC ND-CLONE ENTERO

DISCRIPTION
Avac ND-Clone Entero is a lyophilized attenuated vaccine of Enrotropic LaSota Clone strain. This vaccine is manufactured from SPF (Specific Pathogen Free) embryos. Vaccine virus is a lowly virulent strain which can stimulate the local immune-response for intestinal tract to protect chicks from Newcastle Disease.

COMPOSITION
Each dose of vaccine contains at least 10⁶EID₅₀ Enterotropic La Sota Clone strain of Newcastle Disease virus and sterilizers.

INDICATION
This vaccine is recommended for protection chicken against Newcastle Disease Virus at 7-10 days of age. It takes 10-18 days for immune-response to appear. Immunity may last for 4 - 8 weeks.

USAGE AND DOSAGE
- Reconstitute the vaccine with the enclosed sterile diluent.
For oral drop administration (use for small chickens): Hold the chick firmly in one hand and open the mouth of the chick by pressing mandibular joint. Place one drop (a dose) on in the mouth and close the beak with fingers.
For drinking water administration (use for large chickens): Reconstitute the vaccine as described earlier. Pour the reconstituted vaccine into another clean vessel, mix well. Distribute according to the table below which also gives the quantity of skim milk powder (SMP) to be added for stabilization of vaccine during administration.

Method of vaccination
Discontinue all medication and disinfectant from drinking water 24 hours before and up to 24 hours after vaccination. Rinse and flush waterers with clean non-sanitized water. Water starve the flock for at least 2 hours prior to vaccination. Provide adequate space so that all of birds can drink at a time.

WARNING
Use only for healthy birds.
Wash and sterilize hands and equipments after vaccination.
Burn all containers and unused vaccine according to the regulation.
Do not re-freeze reconstituted vaccine and the reconstituted vaccine must be used within 2-3 hours.

STORAGE
- Store at 2^oC- 8^oC, protected from direct sunlight.
