Avac CSF Live

Avac CSF Live (Protection Pigs against Classical Swine Fever Virus) is a freeze-dried attenuated vaccine produced from C strain of Classical Swine Fever virus on the PK-15 cell culture medium. This vaccine has ability to induce strong and long-lasting immune response, resulting in protection pigs against different strains of classical swine fever virus.

COMPOSITION
Each dose of vaccine contains at least 10³TCID₅₀ strain C of attenuated Classical Swine Fever virus and lyophilization stabilizers.

INDICATION
For active Immunization of pigs as an aid in protection against hog cholera (Classical Swine Fever). At day 14 to day 21 post-vaccination, immune response appears and 6-month duration of immunity against disease

    
USAGE
Re-constituting Avac CSF Live vaccine with the enclosed “Avac Diluent” solution
Shake well before use
Reconstituted vaccine should be used within 2 hours

ADMINISTRATION ROUTE: Intramuscular or Subcutaneous Injection in the neck in the area behind the ear

DOSAGE: Inject 2ml/ head
+ Piglets:
             - 1st vaccination between 30 to 35 days old.
            - 2nd vaccination between 60 to 65 days old
+ Sows: 3 wks prior to farrowing in order to neonatal piglets can receive highly protective level from maternal antibodies
+ Boars: Injection at interval of 6 months per times.
+ This vaccine is safety for pregnant pigs so that it can inject all herd of breed pigs

PRECAUTION
- Vaccination schedule can change according to each epidemic region.
- For healthy pigs use only
- Use one syringe and needle for each herd
- Only use the sterilized and non detergent tools to inject.
- Hands and tools should be carefully cleaned after use
- Burn all containers and unused vaccine according to the regulation

STORAGE
- Store at 2- 8^oC, Protected from direct sunlight.
