HEAMORRHAGIC SEPTICEMIA IN BUFFALOES AND CATTLE

Heamorrhagic septicemia in buffaloes and cattle is an Aluminum Hydroxide attenuated vaccine produced from Pasteurella multocida B:2 serotype (formerly named P. boviseptica strain RTD/VK/Pb and P. bubaliseptica strain RTD/VK/Pbu), by Fermentor technology with the addition of Aluminum Hydroxide adjuvants to enhance and prolong the immunity of vaccines. The vaccine has high stability in terms of safety and efficacy.
COMPOSITIONS
Each dose (2 ml) of the vaccine contains at least 2x1010 CFU of P. multocida B:2 serotype and Aluminum Hydroxide adjuvant.
INDICATION
For active immunity against Heamorrhagic septicemia disease in buffaloes and cattle.
USAGE AND DOSAGE
- Shake well the vaccine bottle before use.
- Calves from 2 months of age: intramuscular injection with a single dose of 2 ml per head.
- In epidemic areas: re-vaccination shot is given at 9 months after the first shot.
- In safety areas: re-vaccination shot is given at 12 months after the first shot.
- It is recommended to vaccinate buffaloes and cattle one month prior to the rainy season.
PRECAUTION
- Only use for healthy buffaloes and cattle.
- Only use the sterilized clean tools for injection.
- Wash hands and tools thoroughly after vaccination.
- Burn all empty bottles and unused vaccine according to the regulation.
STORAGE
Store at 2-8℃. Avoid direct sunlight.
PACKAGE
- Vial: 10; 15; 20; 25; 50 or 100 ml.
- Box: 10 vials/ 1 box and 50 vials/ 1 box.
EXPIRY DATE
18 months from manufacture date.
